• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories, sale items, and custom-tailored thobes are non-returnable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is inspected.

• Exchanges are possible if stock is available. If not, we’ll issue store credit.
